When will I be asked for ID? You may be asked for ID in the following situations:

• To prove that you are 16 or older if you are entering the festival unaccompanied

⚠ TICKET TIER SYSTEM EXPLAINED

NASS Festival operates on a tiered ticket system. This simply means that our ticket prices start cheaper for the early birds and increase as time goes on. The tiers of pricing are set when the Festival goes on sale and will progress from one (Early Bird) to five as we near closer to the actual event. The sooner you buy, the cheaper it is. Other than the price you pay, there is no difference to the ticket you receive. We have a set allocation of tickets for each tier. Once the set allocation of tickets has sold out we progress onto the next tier and the price increases.

⚠ DEPOSIT SCHEME

The deposit scheme is only available on certain ticket types (specified above). A deposit secures your ticket in the case of the event selling out. It also guarantees the final price you pay, regardless of any tier price increases. All deposit purchases have a deadline associated with them by which point the full remaining balance must be paid. Deposits are non-refundable.

ETICKETS VS STANDARD DELIVERY

The difference between the etickets and physical tickets (standard delivery) is very minor. Both tickets are scanned and then marked (or torn) to allow entry into the festival. Unique bar-code scanning ensures duplicates cannot be used twice. Etickets should be printed on plain white paper. In some instances etickets can be scanned direct from a mobile phone screen, however this is not recommended as any damage to a phone's screen can result in the scanners not working. Physical copies of etickets are strongly advised. Etickets will be emailed immediately upon purchase, whereas physical tickets will be dispatched a few weeks before the event. If you have not received your ticket within ten days of the event, please contact See Tickets.

⚠ GUESTLIST TICKETS

We kindly ask all our guest list ticket holders to pay a charitable donation at the box office upon entry - £10 day tickets, £20 weekend tickets.  All donations go towards our partner charities and local communities. Terms & Conditions: Full terms apply (more info)
